You choose the checkpoints and the route to follow — paved roads, dirt roads, or a combination, with over 100 checkpoints located among natural landscapes and iconic spots throughout the state. You can participate in any category.

Dual Purpose
Designed for bikes and riders who enjoy the best of both asphalt and dirt. You’ll alternate between paved curves and dirt stretches, with accessible checkpoints and varied landscapes. Street
Completely paved terrain with strategic checkpoints. Navigation, consistency, and safe riding are rewarded; responsible speed and full gear are required. Ideal for enjoying kilometers while discovering towns, viewpoints, and scenic roads.

Designed for riding as a pair: communication via intercom, comfortable stops, and shared tasks. The co-pilot assists with navigation, photos, and checkpoint logging while the rider focuses on the route. NorthBikers is the official rally app: here you can see all the checkpoints with their geolocation and instructions to complete each check-in correctly. Use the map to plan your route, identify nearby points, and navigate in real time during the adventure. Each time you check in through the app, your points are added automatically and the checkpoint is marked in green on your map and in your history.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I register for the event?
Go to this link, fill out the form, and make your payment directly by card or OXXO deposit. You’ll be asked for personal information, your bike details, category, and an emergency contact.
Do I have to complete all the checkpoints?
No! And that’s what makes this rally special. You can create a highly competitive strategy by considering the location and points of each checkpoint, or simply visit beautiful spots at a more relaxed pace. The order and number of checkpoints are up to you.
How do I earn points at the checkpoints?
NorthBikers will guide you: each time you visit a checkpoint, you’ll receive information about taking a photo or completing the challenge. When you check in, NorthBikers records everything and assigns your points.
How are points assigned and what happens in case of a tie?
Each checkpoint awards a specific number of points indicated in NorthBikers. The winner is the one who accumulates the most points during the rally period. In case of a tie, the tiebreaker is the date and time of the last check-in: the rider who completed the final check-in first will be ranked higher.
What gear and safety rules are mandatory?
Wear a certified helmet, gloves, boots, and appropriate protective gear; ride carefully and obey traffic laws. The rally prioritizes navigation, consistency, and safety over speed; any risky behavior may result in disqualification.
What bikes can I use to participate, and can I bring a co-pilot?
Bikes in good mechanical condition suitable for the chosen category (dual purpose, trail, touring, or road) can participate. There is a “With Co-Pilot” category; in this case, both riders must register and follow the safety and comfort guidelines for the pair.
